....The rapture of the church precedes the "great tribulation"

.

.......That being so:

.

....Where do all the believers in Jesus Christ who come out of the "great tribulation" come from?

.

.....Did you believe the right "gospel"..i.e., .

the (good news) in operation now, when you believed?

.

....Is there more than one gospel (good news) in the Scriptures?

.

....Different gospels have different requirements

.

....."The gospel which i preached,".."My gospel,"..."by which also ye are saved,"...the one God will "stablish" you by,...the one God will "judge the secrets of men by"...

.

If we include works it is no more of grace - Rom 11:6 - KJ

.

If any man preach "any other gospel"

.

....Let him be accursed

....Let him be accursed

.

....That which was preached "since the world began" (good news - kingdom of heaven in earth, as it is in heaven - Deut 11:21; Mt 6:10; Acts 3:21 - Israel)...and that which was "kept secret since the world began" (good news - grace - Rom 16:25 - Church - Heavenly places - Eph 1:3; 2:6) are different, and both are good news,.....however, they are not in operation at the same time.

.

....You and i are not big enough to make God do something He isn't doing now.

....What is the tribulation?

(1 Corinthians 15:51,52 KJ) Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,

(52) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

..

..

(Revelation 7:9,14 KJ) After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;

(14) And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

..

..

(Revelation 22:19 KJ) And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

.......The rapture precedes the great tribulation. That is when believers will be instantaneously removed from off the earth by Jesus Christ. However, a lot of people who are believers in Jesus Christ, will also come forth out of the "great tribulation," i.e., that time within the last 7 years, before the Lord Jesus Christ returns to destroy all the unbelievers; ...and they will have "washed thier robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."

.

.

A "robe" in the Scriptures is God adding His righteousness to the believer in Jesus Christ..(Isa 61:10; Rev 19:8 King James).

And very importantly, depending on which gospel is in operation, determines the way in which God brings that about.

.

There is very clearly more than one good news (gospel) in the Scriptures. But they are not in operation at the same time. And that is extremely important to know and understand where our salvation is concerned. There are things that God requires under His gospel of the kingdom that He does not require under His gospel of grace in order to be saved. Water baptism, food laws, animal sacrifice, sabbath worship, the Levitical priesthood etc.& etc. are all part of the gospel of the kingdom of heaven that John the baptist, the Lord Jesus and His disciples preached....only to Israel, and NOT to the Gentiles. Israel's is the gospel of God's kingdom of heaven in EARTH.

.

The reverse of all of the aforementioned is contained in the gospel of grace that God gave to Paul to give......... to the Gentiles. The Gentiles gospel is God's good news of His kingdom in the HEAVENLY PLACES.

.

Do believers in Jesus Christ in the age of grace..i e., that period of time from Paul till now etc..,(1 Tim 1:16 KJ) "wash" thier robes to make them white? Are "works" or "merit" or "religious ceremonies and rites" included in our salvation in the age of grace today? Absolutely not (Eph 2:8,9; Titus 3:5; Rom 3:20,24; 6:14; Acts 13:39; Gal 2:16 etc. - KJ).

First of all, the "robe" of righteousness signifies God's righteousness, not ours. We have no righteousness apart from God adding His righteousness to us (Isa 64:6; Rom 3:10 KJ). The grace dispensation (Eph 3:1-3 KJ), is that time period, from Paul till now, whereby God is saving people based solely on the shed blood, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, apart from the Mosaic law (1 Cor 15:1-4; Rom 6:14 KJ)...i.e., what God is doing now,..where all of of our transgressions have been forgiven (Col 2:13 KJ). Therefore, our robe is clean permanently before God. That is, our standing with God does not diminish with our sins and transgressions, as they are entirely forgiven and forgotten by God. That does not, however, diminish God's "discipline" (i.e., divine woodshed) upon the believer in the grace age. God does not ever suspend His righteous judgment,...even in the grace age (1 Cor 11:32; 1 Tim 1:20; 2 Cor 6:14-17; 1 Cor 5:1,5; Gal 2:11f.f. etc.)

..........................................

The Grace dispensation (Eph 3:2; Acts 20:24; Rom 11:13; Col 1:25-27 KJ) that God gave to Paul to give to the Gentiles will conclude at the rapture of the church.......

..........................................

Being that the Scriptures declare that everyone on the earth, except those whose names are written in the book of life of the Lamb (Rev 13:8 KJ), are going to worship the anti-Christ; and being that the rapture of the church will precede the 7 year tribulation (2 Thess 2:7,8 KJ), where, then, does this "great multitude" (Rev 7:9), "which no man could number," of believers in Jesus Christ in the tribulation come from?

.

The first thing to consider is this: what is the tribulation? Why will there be this horrible period of the last 7 years....the last 3 1/2 years being called the

GREAT TRIBULATION?

The tribulation is the last week of Daniels 70 weeks of years (Dan 9:24-27). This 490 year period of time given by God to the Jews and Jerusalem commenced when Nehemiah was told by Artaxerxes in (Neh 2:6 - KJ) to go back to Jerusalem and rebuild the city. This was in 444 b.c. A "week" = a period of 7 years. 70 weeks = 490 years. The Lord Jesus Christ was "cut off," i.e., executed (Dan 9:26; Isa 53:8; Mt 27:35,50) at the 69th week, or the 483rd year.

God then set aside the final week....that final 7 years....to be the last 7 years before the Lord Jesus Christ returns to earth. You can see the first half, or the first 3 1/2 years of the last 7 years in (Rev 11:3,4 KJ).

.

The tribulation's purpose is to get the descendents of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. God will also destroy all of His and Israel's enemies during this time. God will bring ALL NATIONS against Israel (Joel 3:2; Zech 14:2; 12:3). The believing remnant (Little Flock - Lk 12:32; Psl 78:52; 74:1; Heb 12:28; Mic 7:14; Hos 2:14,15; Rev 12:6; Mt 24:16 KJ) of Jews will believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and will be preserved by Him, during this time.

.

Are there more than only one gospel (good news) in the Scriptures? Yes.

Speaking of the tribulation, a.k.a. Daniel's 70th week, the time of Jacob's trouble etc.(Jery 30:7 KJ), what "good news" or "gospel" will be preached at that time, or after the rapture of the church?

.

It will be the gospel of "the kingdom of heaven," that which John the baptist, the Lord Jesus and His disciples preached (Mt 3:1,2; 4:23; 10:1-7 KJ)....to Israel. Once the rapture happens and believers in the grace gospel of God, that God gave to Paul to give to us, are taken off of the earth, God will again, after this long interruption, resume His program and gospel to Israel.

.

But notice (Mt 10:5 KJ). The Lord Jesus told the disciples NOT to bring this good news to the Gentiles...the gospel at that time being that the Son of David is here and ready to sit on David's throne in Jerusalem and rule the world through His kingdom of heaven on earth in Israel. This good news is only "first" for the Jews. They were the children who were to first believe the good news, i.e. be filled by God's good news, i.e., His "bread" of life...Jesus Christ... (Mk 7:27; c.f. "meat offering"- Lev 2; Jn 12:24; 6:48 KJ), and THEN they were to share it with the Gentiles....something Jonah "finally" did..(Jonah 3:1f.f.)..but i digress.

.

Was that "good news"? Indeed!! Amen and Amen!!! It was and is emphatically gospel....i.e., good news.

.

Is it in effect now. NO.. Will it be again? YES. After the rapture of the church (1 Cor 15:52; 1 Thess 4:15 KJ) God's good news for His kingdom nation of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and the 12 tribes will begin again. In fact, it will be preached to all the world:

(Matthew 24:14 KJ) And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

.

God the Son will rule this orb sitting upon the throne of David for 1,000 years (Rev 20 - KJ).

.

That God would have His kingdom of heaven on the earth and that He personally would dwell there was the gospel spoken "since the world began."

.

Pete said about the Lord Jesus:

(Acts 3:21 KJ) Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.

.

But this gospel/good news was interrupted by another gospel/good news that God "kept secret since the world began,".(1 Cor 2:7,8; Eph 3:5; Col 1:26; Rom 16:25 KJ)....that is, until He blinded Saul, who was on his way to Damascus (Acts 9 KJ) to find more believers to oppress.

.

Paul said:

(Romans 16:25 KJ) Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,

.

Note: Which gospel will God stablish you by today? That would be Paul's, (2 Cor 1:21; Rom 16:25 KJ) the grace gospel. God will not save you or stablish you by a works gospel today. If we add any "self" merit or works to the gospel of the grace of God, we are not His.

.

God stopped Israel's program, the Kingdom of heaven gospel, and started a "secret" or "mystery" gospel. Why did God do that? Because Israel rejected thier good news at the:

....................+.....................

In fact, in early Acts, for approximately 1 year following the cross (Lk 13:6-9; Acts 7:59 KJ), God gave them a renewed offer to receive thier good news/gospel of the kingdom of heaven in earth and thier King Jesus Christ. They said no and persecuted the disciples and kingdom on earth church, i.e., Israel's assembly (Acts 8; Mt 16:18 KJ).

.

Then God started the gospel that He knew that He would start after Israel rejected thier gospel/good news of thier kingdom of heaven in earth (Deut 11:21; Lk 12:32; Mt 8:11 KJ). This good news is different than the kingdom of heaven in earth gospel. This good news has to do with God's governmental agency that God is creating for His heavenly places...i.e., His church/assembly/government for the heavenly places. God has His earthly church/assembly/government vested in His earthly people of Israel, and God has His heavenly church/assembly/ government vested in the"body of Christ" (Eph 1:22,23 KJ)..His people, His church, in the heavenly places.

.

This gospel that God gave to Paul to give to the world is called the gospel of grace (Acts 20:24 KJ). It contains all that God can freely give to anyone who will put their faith and trust in Jesus Christ's shed blood, death and resurrection alone, to be their atonement for their sins. No works, no merit on our part, only what Jesus Christ did on the cross. This "secret/mystery" good news was given directly to Paul for our salvation (Eph 3; Gal 1; Acts 9; Acts 20:24; Rom 11:13 etc., KJ)

.

IT IS THE ONLY GOOD NEWS/GOSPEL THAT GOD WILL SAVE YOU BY FROM PAUL TILL NOW.

.

(1 Corinthians 15:1-4 KJ) Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand;

(2) By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain.

(3) For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures;

(4) And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

.

It is only this gospel that God will save you by (1 Cor 15:1-4 KJ), "stablish" you by (Rom 16:25 KJ), and judge the secrets of men by at the great white throne judgment (Rom 2:16; Rev 20:12 KJ).

.

God gave a warning to everyone, including an "angel from heaven,"....:

.

(Galatians 1:8 KJ) But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.

.

......Then God had Paul repeat the warning:

.

(Galatians 1:9 KJ) As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.

.....................................

Listen very closely: if anyone is preaching a "works/merit" gospel/good news, in order for you to be saved today, during the dispensation of grace, and that is what you are believing for your salvation, you are not saved according to the Word of God. Not only that, but those preaching it will be cursed. Therefore, if a person or angel is bringing a gospel/good news message of salvation that is not in operation today, and you have trusted in that good news, they will be cursed and you will not be truly saved.

What should you do? Bow your head and pray to the Father, and tell Him that you are trusting and believing only in the shed blood, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, for your personal atonement, for the forgiveness of all of your sins. Thank the Lord God for saving you. Get His Holy Spirit breathed and preserved Word the King James and begin studying it. Ask God to teach you every time you open or hear His preserved Words for you (Psl 12:6,7; Psl 119:89; Mt 24:35; 1Pet 1:25 KING JAMES). If you go anywhere to hear God's Word preached,....if it is not the King James rightly divided (2 Tim 2:15 KJ), leave and study at home. We are in the last days and you will probably be studying at home....and, if you can, study with another, if you can find another believer in Christ. Pray for God's direction in all of these things (Prov 3:5-6 KJ). And do not add or take away from God's Words (Rev 22:18,19 KJ).

.

In closing, there are severe and eternal warnings from God not to change His Holy Spirit breathed and preserved Words. Your part in His book of life will be removed for doing so. Also, to believe the good news (gospel) that God is not offering today will, not only not save you, but it will curse the person or angel preaching it to you.

...and we all know who that will be anytime now, coming with all power, signs and lying wonders with all his fallen angels (2 Thess 2:9; Rev 12:9,12; 13:1). And they will bring their false gospel and deceive the entire world with it (2 Thess 2:10-12; 2 Cor 11:3,4,14,15; Gal 1:8,9; Deut 13 etc. KJ)

.

God through Paul made a major distinction between his good news to the Gentiles called the "gospel of the uncircumcision," and Pete's good news called the "gospel of the circumcision." In fact, in (Gal 2:9 KJ) Pete, James and John themselves recognize this new gospel of grace that God is starting with Paul. Paul distinguishes his gospel by calling it "my gospel". And that distinction 'not' being made is a most severe and potentially eternal error, for anyone to make. It is THE reason, along with changing the Words of God, along with cursing Israel and not blessing her, along with joining Christ with Belial (2 Cor 6:14-17 KJ), that many, a "great multitude, will be LEFT BEHIND, i.e., not received (2 Cor 6:17 KJ), at the rapture of the church.

.

Friends, we cannot approach God however we or our denomination feels like doing (Lev 10:1-3; Isa 58:2f.f. KJ)

.

In sum:

The "great multitude" comes out of the great tribulation because many of them will have been "left behind" for not approaching God by the gospel that He gave to Paul for the world to believe.

..

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
